Stylish Code

It’s not everyday that you come across a coder who knows how to dress well (just kidding all you fabulous coders out there – but seriously – check out the threads)!

Bert is worth a shout out for that reason and more. If you check out his personal site you can find details of what he’s working on and what he’s about. It includes how he is now an independent game developer.

“Bert is an Irish game developer currently based in Scotland, with over 8 years of game development experience and multiple published titles (including the award winning Crackdown for the xbox 360).”

The Gentlemen Coders from Electric Top Hat (which we think is pretty quirky too!) have been busy. There are three iPhone / iPod Touch games to date and we are looking forward to what’s coming next.

They have released Modulo and you can read the review here at 148Apps, which Bonnie described as an “excellent puzzle”. This has a lite version if you’d like to try it first.  It is currently on sale for only $0.99.

Brett Nova IV ($0.99) is another title of their’s and it also has a free version to try. This title is a classic space invaders style game with 30 levels.

Also updated is Tocco Robo – Classic.  It’s a puzzler style game with 5 difficulty levels. It’s worth a look at. You can see some of the game play below:
