This app is the app to help you find apps. (Say that fast 9 times in a row!) There are already a huge amount of similar apps- but only similar in trying to find apps, not in their approach. This one is more like Genius trying to find you ones you will actually like!

It brings you recommendations based on your choices. For only $0.99 it saves you a lot of time that you might spend looking at apps that just have no relevance for you or that you would never purchase. Wired has said it’s better than Apple’s Genius feature, and they may be right! The icon is fantastic too which makes a huge difference to me, I love having it on my device. It also recommends iPad apps which was an addition in the latest version.

You can favourite apps, block them, have recommendations based on one app or a list of them… basically it will help you find apps you actually want.

It goes through phases of teaching the app what you like and it’s done really well, but do take a moment to read the messages as I started swiping in excitement when I got the app but actually if you tap them to start with it teaches the app what you like. It loads really quickly as well which thought added to the apps overall usability and why it will stay on my device where others won’t.
