Another FREE news iPad app to add to the ones already out there…
Metro, version 1.1 is already a good news app on the iPad and iPhone.

This app downloads the articles in the background so you can use it in offline browsing. There is a great balance of images and text in their articles and they note that they will update their stories several times throughout the day so the app will continually refresh the news. Worth a look at. I just wish the iPad had folders already cause I have a few news apps already and it would be great to get them in one folder.
